Privacy Notice

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd, including its subsidiaries (“Pamir”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects and is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. In this Notice, “you” refers to the individual whose personal data is processed and includes any third party whose personal data you provide to Pamir.

This Privacy Notice explains how Pamir collects, uses, discloses, processes, and retains your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its regulations. Pamir may update this Notice from time to time without prior notice, and the updated version will be published on our website or communicated by other appropriate means.

Personal Data
1.1 Types of Personal Data
“Personal Data” refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to you which is provided to or collected by Pamir, including but not limited to:
personal particulars (e.g. name, NRIC/passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality);
contact details (e.g. address, telephone number, email);
financial and banking information;
transaction and payment records;
CCTV/security recordings and access records;
location data (where applicable);
preferences relating to products or services; and
other information provided by you to Pamir.

Personal Data may be collected through Pamir’s website, digital platforms, mobile applications, physical or electronic forms, email, social media, or other communication channels.

1.2 Source of Personal Data
Personal Data may be collected directly from you or indirectly from your authorised representatives, employers, agents, business partners, credit reporting agencies, or lawful public sources, depending on the nature of your dealings with Pamir.

1.3 Mandatory Personal Data
Where indicated, the provision of certain Personal Data is mandatory. Failure to provide such data may result in Pamir being unable to process your request or transaction.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Pamir may collect, use, disclose, process, and retain your Personal Data for purposes including but not limited to:
processing applications, registrations, transactions, and services;
facilitating payments, billing, and financial matters;
administering customer, purchaser, tenant, vendor, contractor, or business relationships;

Transfer of Personal Data Outside Malaysia
Where necessary, Pamir may transfer your Personal Data outside Malaysia to third parties or service providers. You consent to such transfer, provided Pamir ensures that appropriate contractual and security safeguards are in place.

Conflict
In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd, termasuk anak-anak syarikatnya (“Pamir”, “kami”, “kita”, “kami punya” atau derivatif berkaitan), menghormati dan komited untuk melindungi data peribadi dan privasi anda. Data Peribadi
1. Jenis Data Peribadi
  “Data Peribadi” bermakna segala data yang berkaitan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dengan anda yang diberikan kepada atau dikumpulkan oleh Pamir, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada:

butiran peribadi (contohnya nama, nombor kad pengenalan/pasport, tarikh lahir, jantina, kewarganegaraan);
butiran perhubungan (contohnya alamat, nombor telefon, e-mel);
maklumat kewangan dan perbankan;
rekod transaksi dan pembayaran;
rakaman CCTV/keselamatan dan rekod akses;
maklumat pengesanan lokasi/GPS (jika berkenaan);
keutamaan berkaitan produk atau perkhidmatan; dan
maklumat lain yang diberikan oleh anda kepada Pamir.

Data Peribadi boleh dikumpulkan melalui laman web Pamir, platform digital, aplikasi mudah alih, borang fizikal atau elektronik, e-mel, media sosial, atau saluran komunikasi lain.

1.2 Sumber Data Peribadi
Data Peribadi boleh dikumpulkan secara langsung daripada anda atau secara tidak langsung daripada wakil yang diberi kuasa, majikan, ejen, rakan niaga, agensi pelaporan kredit, atau sumber awam yang sah, bergantung kepada sifat urusan anda dengan Pamir.

1.3 Data Peribadi Wajib
Semua data yang diminta dalam borang-borang yang berkaitan adalah wajib untuk anda berikan melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya. Sekiranya anda gagal untuk memberikan data wajib tersebut, Pamir mungkin tidak dapat memproses permintaan atau transaksi anda.

Tujuan-tujuan Pengumpulan dan Pemprosesan Lanjut (Termasuk Penzahiran) Data Peribadi Anda
Pamir boleh mengumpul, menggunakan, menzahirkan, memproses dan menyimpan Data Peribadi anda bagi tujuan termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada:

untuk memproses permohonan, pendaftaran, transaksi dan perkhidmatan;
untuk memudahkan pembayaran, pengebilan dan urusan kewangan;
untuk mentadbir hubungan pelanggan, pembeli, penyewa, vendor, kontraktor atau urusan perniagaan;

untuk mematuhi obligasi undang-undang, peraturan dan kontrak;
untuk pentadbiran dalaman, audit, pengurusan risiko dan penyimpanan rekod;
untuk pencegahan dan pengesanan penipuan, jenayah atau insiden keselamatan; dan
untuk apa-apa tujuan lain yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan perkara di atas.

Penzahiran Data Peribadi
Data Peribadi anda mungkin dizahirkan kepada:

syarikat berkaitan dan bersekutu Pamir;
penasihat profesional (termasuk juruaudit, peguam dan perunding);
kontraktor, penyedia perkhidmatan dan rakan niaga;
institusi kewangan, penanggung insurans, penyedia utiliti dan pengurus hartanah;
pihak berkuasa kerajaan, pengawal selia, badan berkanun atau agensi penguatkuasaan undang-undang; dan
pihak ketiga lain seperti yang dikehendaki di bawah undang-undang atau dengan kebenaran anda.

Penzahiran tersebut akan dihadkan kepada perkara yang perlu sahaja dan tertakluk kepada perlindungan yang sewajarnya.

Pemindahan Data Peribadi Anda ke Luar Malaysia
Sekiranya perlu, Pamir boleh memindahkan Data Peribadi anda ke luar Malaysia kepada pihak ketiga atau penyedia perkhidmatan. Anda memberi kebenaran kepada Pamir untuk pemindahan tersebut, dengan syarat Pamir memastikan perlindungan kontrak dan langkah keselamatan yang bersesuaian dilaksanakan.
Data Peribadi Sensitif
Data Peribadi Sensitif (termasuk maklumat kesihatan atau biometrik) hanya akan diproses dengan kebenaran nyata anda atau jika dibenarkan oleh undang-undang.
Komunikasi Pemasaran
Di mana anda telah memberikan kebenaran untuk menerima pemasaran atau promosi daripada Pamir, anda boleh memilih untuk tidak menerima komunikasi tersebut pada bila-bila masa dengan mengikuti arahan berhenti langganan (unsubscribe) atau dengan menghubungi Pamir.
Keselamatan Data
Pamir melaksanakan langkah-langkah fizikal, teknikal dan organisasi yang munasabah untuk memastikan keselamatan Data Peribadi anda daripada kehilangan secara tidak sengaja serta daripada akses, penyalahgunaan atau penzahiran yang tidak dibenarkan.
